Kale Soup Recipe I need to make this soup one more time before the weather turns warm. It is quick, easy, and very delicious. I buy the kale already chopped and washed to save some time when making this recipe. I love kale so I just add huge handfuls. Recently I went to a friend’s home, and in sixty minutes I prepared ten meals to stock my freezer and tame dinnertime bedlam. The best part was that I did it with my friends! I was given a list ahead of time of proteins and vegetables to prep. When I arrived at my friend’s home, my prepaid Wildtree herbs, oils, and blends where waiting for me. Recently I took part in the first ever STOTT PILATES stability Barre certification course. It was incredibly fun and amazing!
